You can see it as the Windows folder that has access to all your text.<\/p>\n<p>That said, if you erase files manually, you <strong>won&#8217;t<\/strong> see them here.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>Library<\/strong> section, you can see 3 groups, <strong>All<\/strong>, <strong>Favorites, <\/strong>and <strong>Trash<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Snipaste_2019-07-03_23-27-34.png\" width=\"202\" height=\"117\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All your current work is in the <em><strong>All <\/strong><\/em>group.<\/li>\n<li>When you <strong><a href=\"\/blog\/inspire-3-2-better-manage-your-sheets-as-favorites\">add your sheets to favorites<\/a><\/strong>, you&#8217;ll see them in the <strong>Favorites<\/strong> group. This comes in handy when you want to have quick access to some sheets. If you don&#8217;t see the <strong>Favorites<\/strong> group in your library, it&#8217;s because you haven&#8217;t favored your sheets yet.<\/li>\n<li>Your deleted sheets and groups will go to the <strong>Trash<\/strong> folder. You can restore or erase files here if you like. But please be note that the <em><strong>erased files and groups<\/strong><\/em> will be removed from your computer completely and it cannot be undone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>On My Computer: categorize your work into groups, subgroups, etc.<\/h2>\n<p>In the<strong> On My Computer <\/strong>section, you&#8217;ll see 2 universal groups: <strong>I<\/strong><strong>nbox<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Introduction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 698px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/screenshot_2_700.png\" alt=\"Inbox\u00a0and\u00a0Introduction groups in the Library. \" width=\"698\" height=\"408\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Inbox\u00a0and\u00a0Introduction groups in the Library.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inbox<\/strong> holds all the .IS files you receive and open with Inspire.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Introduction<\/strong> is where you find basic information about markdown and how to use Inspire.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The other folders<\/strong>. As per your own needs, you can add as many groups on your computer as you like. Simply by right-clicking <strong>Inbox <\/strong>and click <strong>New Group&#8230;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure style=\"width: 243px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Snipaste_2019-07-08_11-06-11.png\" alt=\"Create a new group in Inspire. \" width=\"243\" height=\"162\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Create a new group.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>When you select a group, you&#8217;ll get an overview of all its subgroups and sheets.<\/p>\n<h2>External Folders: edit .md files from other platforms<\/h2>\n<p>External folders allow you to see and edit your .md files from other platforms (such as Mac). In this way, you can transfer your documents to Inspire for further editing.<\/p>\n<p>That is to say, Inspire provides you with a way out for cross-platform writing and editing.
